Two sides of a woman

There are always two sides to a coin, and so the saying goes. Perception and reality are not always the same thing, and nowhere is that more applicable than the ambiguity and enigmatic nature of the female influence.

Photographer Edyta Bartkiewicz creates a fashion shoot that is equally filled with a soft femininity and a raw sexuality that plays rampant within a woman’s centre. This notion is signified through both the sense of style and the emotional influence that each model, Asia JJ and Kate L, create within this fashion shoot. Clothing contrasts through delicate silken undergarments paired with the rough spiked leather jacket and chunky boots, or long elegant black gowns revealing a little too much skin. Each model holds within her a different essence; the one is voluptuously made up with bouncing curls and plumped up lips, while the other is eloquently designed with smooth and silken hair and classically applied make-up (hair and make-up done by Adrianna Pawlowicz).
