After getting accustomed to the idea that there’s nothing ordinary about a t-shirt while exploring a cotton farm in the Mississippi delta, we now move half around the world in following the making of a t-shirt’s extraordinary journey. Going from plant to fabric, the second part of the adventure has you meeting some really cool machines in Indonesia, Colombia, and even Bangladesh.
The third chapter picks up the story in both Bangladesh and Colombia, where this time around we get the chance to meet some of the people who make our clothes, while we take a good glimpse into their lives. What we stumble upon might not make for the prettiest sight, but the far from perfect picture is doing a great job in describing today’s harsh reality.
